Eso incluye tambi\u00e9n el mantenimiento de las plantas. \"Sobre todo el personal operativo lleva a menudo m\u00e1s tiempo trabajando con nosotros\", dice. A estos colegas ejecutivos a menudo les cuesta evolucionar con el resto de la organizaci\u00f3n. Su jefe quiere orientar bien a su gente y opta por estar presente en todas las entrevistas. FairField desarrolla entonces un programa a medida. Es bueno saber que FairField no 'saca de la estanter\u00eda' sus cursos de formaci\u00f3n\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>La motivaci\u00f3n de este grupo de personal ejecutivo es a veces un poco apagada<\/strong>. Sobre todo, pensaban que la organizaci\u00f3n decide lo que deben hacer. Y que ellos deben limitarse a seguirla. Waterschap De Dommel reta a sus colegas a aportar su propia profesionalidad. Entre otras cosas, les ayudamos a ser m\u00e1s asertivos y a dirigirse a sus compa\u00f1eros de forma eficaz. Todo ello con el objetivo de seguir mejorando la diversi\u00f3n en el trabajo. Cuando uno se siente bien en su puesto de trabajo, est\u00e1 m\u00e1s en forma, m\u00e1s agudo y m\u00e1s motivado. Y eso beneficia al trabajo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\"FairField ha demostrado que habla el idioma de nuestros empleados<\/strong>. Nada de palabrer\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n. Nuestros colegas analizar\u00e1n lo que les gustar\u00eda desarrollar y aprender\u00e1n a interactuar de forma diferente. El director tambi\u00e9n recibe apoyo. Le gustar\u00eda desarrollar el coaching y considera importante tener una l\u00ednea directa de comunicaci\u00f3n con sus colegas. Charlas, coaching, formaci\u00f3n, un proceso bastante intensivo, pero conf\u00edo plenamente en el enfoque y el resultado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuestros colegas se sentir\u00e1n a\u00fan m\u00e1s responsables de lo que hacen<\/strong>. Estamos en las primeras fases de este proceso. Los empleados han rellenado un cuestionario en l\u00ednea, a partir del cual se est\u00e1n celebrando entrevistas con todos ellos y habr\u00e1 otro periodo de formaci\u00f3n. Con el tiempo, este grupo de personas ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s firme en sus pies, aumentar\u00e1 el disfrute en su trabajo. Y entonces tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1n dispuestos a unirse a la organizaci\u00f3n para ver d\u00f3nde se pueden hacer las cosas de otra manera, abiertos al futuro.
